All applicants will be contacted by email with a confirmation or denial of their requests.
Volunteers may not be employees or members of any other similar event or service not limited to but including; Any other Comic Convention, Anime Convention, Pop Culture Convention, Comic store, Card store, board member of any related organization, or owner of any related organization.
Volunteers are not permitted give away or sell their Badges. Any attempt of sale and or giving away a press pass will result in being banned from the event and all future events hosted by and or associated events with the Mianime con Organization.
AUDIO, PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY. All audio, video, and photography is property of Mianime con and can be used at the request of Really Cool Comic Con.
Volunteers are also expected to uphold and exemplify the general Mianime con attendance guidelines and policies. Volunteer badge can be revoked at any time before or during the convention with or without prior warning.
Mianime con reserves the right to change or modify any policy or rule at any time and without notice. Mianime con reserves the right to deny any applicant for any reason.
